Account verification texts

When you join, we text a one-time code to the mobile number you enter so you can verify your Cividian account. You get one message each time you request a code. These messages contain the code only, never marketing.

Optional marketing texts

If you check the separate, optional box, Cividian may text you about product updates, early access and offers, up to 4 messages per month. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@joincividian.com. You can also ask us to stop by any other reasonable means, such as email, and we will honor it.

Costs and carriers

Msg and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
