The guide and anything on this site are general information, not legal, zoning or professional advice. Zoning codes change and have exceptions. Before you rely on an answer for a purchase or a project, confirm it with the local planning office or a qualified professional.

Your account

One account per person. Give accurate information, keep access to the phone number you verified, and do not create accounts for other people or with numbers you do not control.

The waitlist

A waitlist position is not a promise of access on any date. Referral credit counts only for real people who join with your link and verify their own number. We may remove positions gained through fake or duplicate sign-ups. Founding member pricing will be described when paid plans open; it applies to accounts in good standing.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, get around rate limits, scrape it, or use it to send spam.
